How do I book a Transfer/Tour/ Hourly disposal?

Send us an e-mail, a whatsapp message or use the form to book your transfer/tour/hourly disposal.
After the booker has accepted the quote of the limo service, will receive an email containing information about the chauffeur and the vehicle.

Do you monitor the departure and arrival timrs of flights and trains?

We check all updated departure and arrival times via an app from the airport and train station in question.
This allows us to make sure we are always informed of any delays. For private flights, we maintain contact with the company for any possible changes.

Where do driver and guests meet for an airport/train station/port transfer?

When the flight/train/boat arrives, the chauffeur, after parking the car at the minimum walking distance, will wait for guests near the gate exit.
The chauffeur will use a sign or iPad, indicating the guest’s name.

Are fuel and tolls included in the price of the quote?

All costs for fuel, highway tolls, parking are included in the price of each service requested.

What kind of cars do you use for your service?

Our fleet consists of Mercedes Benz sedans and minivans.

Will I be charged a fee if I cancel my reservation?

If the customer cancels the reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of service, no charge will be applied.

How do I pay for your Car & Driver rental service?

After the client has accepted the quote, he can confirm the reservation by paying a deposit with the amount received by e-mail, either through the PayPal link or the link in our corporate account. He can settle the remaining amount in cash on the day of the service, of course, or by credit card. All credit cards are accepted.
